  • Vehicle information: The vehicles linked to your account so our team can prepare the right service.
  • Payment submissions: Records of payments you submit for membership activation, upgrades, and renewals. We do not store card numbers or mobile-wallet credentials.
  • Service history: Details of completed detailing visits, including services rendered and amounts charged.
  • App usage: Basic logs to diagnose errors and improve reliability. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

  • Verify your identity and manage your membership.
  • Process and confirm your payments.
  • Schedule and record your detailing visits.
  • Send you SMS notifications about your account and bookings.
  • Respond to your support requests.
  • Improve our services and detect fraud.

4. SMS Communications

By signing up, you consent to receive SMS messages from Vintage, including OTP codes and important account notifications. Standard message rates from your carrier may apply. You may opt out of non-essential messages by contacting us, but note that OTP messages are required to access your account.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
