By creating an account or purchasing a Vintage membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Vintage offers subscription plans that entitle members to a fixed number of professional car detailing visits within a billing period. Each plan specifies the number of visits, the services covered, and the price. Details of each plan are shown at the time of purchase.
All payments are submitted manually through the app and reviewed by our team. Membership activation is confirmed only after payment is verified and approved, which typically takes a few hours.
Prices are listed in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) unless otherwise stated. Vintage reserves the right to update plan pricing with reasonable notice.
Each membership grants a set number of visits per billing period. Unused visits do not roll over to the next period. Visits are deducted at the time of service completion.
Member-only booking slots are subject to availability. Vintage reserves the right to manage scheduling to ensure service quality.
You may upgrade your active plan at any time. The upgrade amount is calculated on a pro-rated basis for the remaining period. Renewals must be initiated before the current period ends; unused visits are not carried forward upon renewal.
Memberships are non-refundable once activated. If you believe there has been an error in your billing, contact our team within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
Vintage strives to deliver premium detailing on every visit. Services are performed by trained professionals using quality materials. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our team, we will assess the situation and work toward a fair resolution.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical faults, or items left inside the vehicle during service.
Your account is tied to your phone number. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone secure. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Ethiopian law, Vintage's total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Addis Ababa.
